Hydrated & Happy Skin. Meaga Glow Hydration Products have become the main products used in my every day routine. Specifically the Dew Creme. It goes on so velvety and my skin really adores it. The formula is squalane, vitamin e, and algea peptide based! Its one of my favorites to use post Micro-Needling session ( s/o Comprehensive Dermatology Center of Pasadena ) since it helps restore hydration and regenerate skins moisture barrier.
Micro-Needling uses tiny needs to penetrate the skin creating micro wounds that force the body's own healing efforts! If the thought of needles rapidly puncturing your face is scary - DONT FRET... a topical anesthetic is slathered all over your face. I personally didn't feel any pain!
There is technically no down time. But, I personally as the doctor to "tear me up" so my face takes about 1 week to fully recover. The first time I received this treatment at a Med-Spa and my skin was tight and burning for 2 days. Comp Derm came throuuuugh with an incredible sheet mask by Le Mieux post treatment and my skin was in no pain the days following! Comp Derm uses DERMAPEN to administer the micro-needling.
